Hurricane Moesha

In a perfect world, hurricane names would reflect the cultural diversity of the world. I think it's time the World Meteorological Association update the name list to reflect a less western-centric world vision...and maybe start at the end of the alphabet every once in a while to give the later letters in the alphabet a chance to wreak havoc.
