Amazing Race 8 news
Warning: The below post and links contain spoilers that you may want to avoid to preserve the totally awesome thrill that is "The Amazing Race"
CBS's reality show Amazing Race is in the process of filming it's 8th installment which apparently started filming on July 7th in New York city. The application revealed late last spring that the newest installment would involve families of 4 and that children above the age of 12 would be eligable. The big question at hand is how die hard fans will take to the tweaking of its formula by having families of 4 race "around the world." Friends who know me well, understand that my guilty pleasure is watching the teenaged Survivor rip-off "Endurance" so I'm sure I'll continue to watch this fall.
A co-worker forwarded to me today this discussion group (contains potential spoilers) about various sightings around the US and Canada of the Amazing Racers including the gay mecca, Alabama and New Jersey.
